INOVEC demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing gender equality and inclusivity in its research endeavors. Academic partners within the EU have implemented gender equality plans, and the project’s private partners actively promote professional equality in staff recruitment and promotion, particularly for early-stage researchers. As the project coordinator, IRD has established its own gender equality plan and is currently working towards obtaining the prestigious HRS4R label, aligning with the law on the Transformation of the Public Service. This commitment reflects continuous efforts to improve human resources practices for the benefit of all researchers. The aim is to foster dedication to society, uphold ethical principles and professional responsibility, implement transparent and non-discriminatory recruitment policies, and enhance the overall quality of life and professional development of researchers.
Additionally, transparent statistics on mobilities, including duration, the number of applicants, and the gender diversity of secondees, will be provided.
