Governance
The Consortium of INOVEC operates through several bodies: the Steering Committee (SC), the Project Management Office (PMO), the External Advisory Board (EAB), and the Consortium Assembly (CoA). Through the collaborative efforts of these bodies, INOVEC ensures effective governance, decision-making, and oversight throughout the project’s lifecycle.
The Steering Committee (SC)
The SC serves as the primary decision-making body, responsible for defining the scientific direction of the consortium. Its key objectives include discussing relevant topics, making decisions on scientific and technical issues, reviewing progress, and ensuring project functioning in areas such as green initiatives, gender equality, and mobility plans.

The Consortium Assembly (CoA)
Acting as the overall supervisory body of the project, the CA actively participates in discussions and decision-making, casting votes on various subjects proposed by the Steering Committee. The CA reviews technical and financial reports provided by the PMO and deliberates on critical aspects such as intellectual property rights, handling of defaulting parties, withdrawal or inclusion of members, and admission of new members.
