European Funding
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) are the European Union’s flagship funding program for doctoral education and postdoctoral training under Horizon Europe. MSCA supports outstanding research and innovation by providing researchers with new knowledge and skills through international mobility and interdisciplinary experiences. By investing in researchers’ long-term careers, MSCA strengthens Europe’s research and innovation capacity.
Aligned with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the recruitment of researchers, MSCA upholds excellence and establishes high standards for researcher education and training. The European Research Executive Agency (REA) manages MSCA on behalf of the European Commission.
The INOVEC project, funded by Horizon Europe, is part of MSCA’s Staff Exchange actions, which are specifically designed to foster scientific collaboration among organizations through staff exchanges. By enabling the secondment of researchers at various career stages, this initiative actively promotes and facilitates essential elements such as knowledge sharing, skill acquisition, and the cross-pollination of ideas among researchers and institutions.
